What kind of things can I do to a 1994 Honda Civic to make it look cool (for an affordable price)?

Is there anything that is reasonably affordable that I could do to my 1994 honda civic so it looks minute/really cool?

in my way of thinking make it look japanese, or make it look as the civic's from japan do (JDM for knee-pants)

The 1999-2000 Honda Civic Si is the best looking Si Honda ever made. It came with the B16A2 DOHC VTEC mechanism outputting 160 HP and it was also the last year that Honda used the overlapped wishbone suspension.
