We are looking to buy a mobile home, possible roof problem?

It is a one 14x70 home with a shingled roof. The shingles look first-class but there is a spot that looks like it caves in exactly a little, maybe less than inch. What is a possible enigma we are facing? There are no signs of leaks from the ceilings.
I've done a lot of repairs to animated home roofing - the first thing you need to support is that you actually have only a dip.
You also need to verify the location of the roof trusses under the sheathing.

how can i tell if the wall between my kitchen and living room is a weight bearing wall?

and if it is, can i conk it down to open up the two rooms with just a countertop separating the two rooms?
How to have an effect if a wall is weight bearing or not.....
If the wall is vertical to your trusses meaning it spans several trusses it is a cross bearing wall. Now if your wall never touches a roof truss (Correspondence with the trusses)
