We are looking to buy a mobile home, possible roof problem?

It is a only 14x70 home with a shingled roof. The shingles look threadlike but there is a spot that looks like it caves in fitting a little, maybe less than inch. What is a possible maladjusted we are facing? There are no signs of leaks from the ceilings.

I've done a lot of repairs to unfixed home roofing - the first thing you need to affirm is that you actually have only a dip.

You also need to verify the location of the roof trusses under the sheathing.

how can i tell if the wall between my kitchen and living room is a weight bearing wall?

How to let something be known if a wall is weight bearing or not.....

If the wall is erect to your trusses meaning it spans several trusses it is a weight bearing fortification. Now if your wall never touches a roof truss (Parallel with
