can anyone advise on trailer electrics?
i have a motor bike trailer and have bought a new trailer embark on for it, the problem is i cant get it to work.i have now tried two and had no joy. the thing that confuses me is that i have another teeny trailer (like the ones you can buy at halfords)
The chances are your trailer and car have been wired as a twosome but not to the standard wire/ pin combination.A light lodge purchased from a retailer will be wired to EU regs so to be universal fit.Examine your pin/function with a test light they are.
Start by checking the socket on the car?Use a trial lamp and check your getting power at the pins?If that's ok,advertise in the lighting board and remove a lamp lens and check a investigate for power at the wiring to the bulbs.If that's ok, check the bulbs.This can be done
