I have a few questions:

1.) Where can I get strobes for the headlights and brush of a fox lights? Is it possible to mount more than 1 light bar? Can I have more than one siren?
2.) do they almost always have a keg at the firehouse

Can't extraordinarily answer your question without knowing your state. I will give you warning from the state of MA.

1) You can get strobes online. Honestly IMO getting strobe lights for your headlights and taillights is a wreck of money.
