Frontman Brendon Urie says he and drummer Spencer Smith "are all about evolving. We had played all these big arenas and done these big shows in the heretofore. Something we hadn't done in a while was kindly, confidential theaters, a godlike 2,400-right stuff cubicle quarters where you can still see everybody in the squeeze as far back as it goes." Those venues, he adds, allows Fright! to "dress up the condition" in an even more ornamented procedure than the larger spaces. "The warehouses and arenas weren't truly conducive to what we wanted to do, creatively and visually," Urie explains. "We're masterly to dress up (the theaters) more. We don't at the end of the day hope for people to endorse the script when we're there; we have a yen for to take them out of the detail and say, 'You're in our show now, meet.' So it's universal to be stimulating."
