what type of knowledge do i need to became a music creator or a DJ?

i want to create my own tunes but i want to learn... i haven't got pelf to learn music theory etc...

If you havent any change to learn the theory your going to have a hard patch becoming a DJ or Producer.

Dj equipment for a half decent set up will cost at least £500

And music in Britain artistry is very expensive The software

I am looking for free grants for a small DJ business.?

I own Dr. Karaoke DJ Serve. I live in NW Indiana and am a 30 yr old Male. There are many I dont meet the requirements for since I am not female, or any other minority. I also have a busines already and am doing ok but deprivation a upgrade badly.

Not bothersome to discourage you, but you will most likely struggle to obtain a grant. I also run a miniature DJ business (www.DJ4U.com.au), based in Australia, so I have been through similar issues. Depends what you are looking to upgrade, but net sure
