I objective bought the Ion ICUE, which isn't too bad for $100. It doesn't have a headphone jack though, so you'll impecuniousness a y splitter...and it comes with the editing software and everything.

I pine for to attempt at mixing songs that are techno. Do you identify what kind of programs you need? Money isn't a difficult, but if you can find cheap stuff than that's cool. Or maybe some endeavour downloads? To see if I like it.
