What equipment do I need to start to learn how to DJ?

What are the first mixers, turntables and computer programs for someone who wants to learn and done become, a Professional DJ?

At my schol ghetto-blaster station, we just have the basics. just start with like a 300$ korg mixer and a studio mic and an fm transmitter, that's all you for to start. if you go professional, it'll mostlikely be provided
