is numark ndx200 and m1a mixer good for starters?

i am miscellaneous what to buy, if i will choose a midi controller like behringer bcd3000 or numark cd dj in a box. i am thinking if i will buy cd dj in a box, i can coins my mixer from 2 channel to 3 channel or more unlike midi controllers.

I'm looking for a righteous dj system that is easy to use with scratching and interface to connect to a software on a laptop but my dad says it cant charge too much so i don't know what to do.
I also want it to look a little maestro please. Thanks
