What is the best trap shooting shotgun?

I am fascinating trap shooting this year in high school and I extremity to get a trap gun that is good quality but not too expensive.
One of the largest trap shooters I know used a stock Remington 870 with a 28" barrel. If you are well-grounded starting out, I would suggest an 870 Express so that if you come to a decision you don't want to continue, you can still use it for hunting

It's painful to say..........I've seen alot of shooters use all kinds of sundry guns and all shot well...I know of some viet nam vets who chance skeet with my pistol griped 500A with an 18 in. barrel and hit them all.... with out aiming.....they were close-knit
