Buying Stanton Dual CD Player for DJ work?

I am looking at purchasing a Stanton Dual 501 CD sportswoman, that plays MP3,s for mainly personal use and the occassional DJ exertion for family and friends, nothing professional. Has anyone purchased this chiding of equipment, have you had any problems

I own it & it's a very safe CD player. I've never had any problems with it, it works well & I recommend it.

Behringer XENYX 1202FX Mixing Desk OR Behringer VMX300 DJ Mixer?

I have been doing a particle research and wondering which one i should get? The 1202fx has some cool features and seems to be importance the money but i have read that it sounds bad and isn't much good at all. Does anyone have any opinions on both mixers?
