we have an upcoming exclude party and i need to rent big huge DJ speakers that will promote into my iPod. Any ideas?

not unless you let out "active" (powered) DJ speakers you'll need a whole PA system. there are many places that hole PA systems look in the yellow pages for "characteristic reinforcement" or PA systems. you will probably get a mixer

I am starting a mobil dj buisness and was wondering if anyone could spill one's guts me which would be better. Powered speakers or regular speakers with an amp.Also what brand of speakers do you recomend?
