What and where to buy a turntable that will play 78 rpm records?

Looking to buy a turntable accomplished of playing 78 records and also one I can plug into a atmosphere sound system. Older turntables seem a bit of a liability, and some new ones bring in a fortune.
There are plenty of USB ones around

How do you turn an old school record player into a dj turntable?

I like analog instruments and I don't have very much greenbacks. I would like to be able to figure out how to play loops and makeshift. It would be awesome if I could do some work on an old turntable and make it right. Does someone know how to do this?
I don't very think it's possible. The two things that make DJ turntables are lob control and direct drive.
The pitch exercise power on DJ tt's is usually about 15% and most turntables are belt driven. Not remarkably anyway to remedy this.
