What type of needle do I need for my record player?

A while ago I bought a Numark TTUSB Turntable with USB from a concubine. He said he didn't have a needle or counter influence for it. This is my first time owning a record player and I tolerably much got it for less than nothing, but I am completely new

You'll have to get the counterweight upright from Numark or from a Numark parts distributor. You should be able to find a number to call for parts on the Numark web locale. I found this on the USA site, not sure if you're in the USA...
